Yesterday, His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, attended the celebration held by Saif Humaid bin Badr Al Aleeli in Al Raafa area, on the occasion of the graduation of his son, Lieutenant Mohammed, from the Dubai Police Academy, and his obtaining the sword of honor and first place in the overall total.
The ceremony was also attended by Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Rashid bin Ahmed Al Mualla Prize for the Holy Quran and Islamic Culture, Sheikh Majid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Head of the Department of Tourism and Antiquities in Umm Al Quwain, Rashid Mohammed Ahmed, Director of Protocols at the Emiri Diwan, and a number of Tribesmen, officials, personalities and invitees.
His Highness, the ruler of Umm Al Quwain, the sheikhs and the invited congratulated the graduate, Lieutenant Muhammad Saif bin Badr Al-Alili, and his father on this occasion, wishing him success in his practical career, and that he and his fellow graduates would contribute to the march of progress and advancement witnessed by our dear country in various fields and at all levels.
