The Fort-de-France mixed commercial court must deliver its deliberations this Wednesday ruling on the future of SAS Les Serres MR and SICA, two companies in cessation of activity which employ around a dozen employees. They have not been paid since May. Sister companies, abandoned by their manager, who left for Latin America, might be placed in liquidation or receivership.
