Stuntwoman Sofia Stants (surname obviously fictional) published a little video on my twitter. In it, the girl repeated the movements of Sonya Blade from Mortal Kombat 11.
The video turned out to be so spectacular that Ed Boon himself, the creator of the Mortal Kombat franchise, drew attention to it. He retweeted video to his page, signing it as “The real moves of Sonya Blade from MK 11”.
Earlier it became known that New Line Cinema gave the green light production of the sequel to the action movie “Mortal Kombat”, released in April 2021. There are no plot details yet, but Sonya Blade, played by Jessica McNamee, will certainly appear in the sequel. Perhaps the film studio should hire Sophia as a stuntwoman and understudy for the heroine.
