Rosario’s star Lionel Messi won the Best Player award on Monday to add a new star to his personal showcase that increasingly enlarges his legend in the world of football.
The first greeting that the “Flea” received was from one of his competitors for the prize awarded annually by Fifa since 2016, his teammate at Paris Saint Germain, Kylian Mbappé, with whom this Sunday he formed a lethal partnership to win by 3 -0 to Olympique, from Marseille.
Mbappé was sitting to the right of “Lío” and his wife, Antonela Roccuzo, to the left, and was the second to greet him.
But the Frenchman did not stop at that, but rather following leaving the Champs Elysées back to his Parisian home, he took time to write Messi a significant message: “Another trophy at home. Congratulations to Leo Messi, you are the best”.
The communion between Messi and Mbappé has been growing in recent times and from this the European illusions of PSG increase accordingly.
