Court referred Tanta felonies The third circuit, headed by Counselor Abdel Hamid Mustafa Hindi, and the membership of counselors Mahmoud Muhammad al-Rubaie, Ikrami Ramadan Youssef, Mustafa Muhammad Darwish, papers of the husband accused of killing his bride 48 hours following their wedding ceremony to His Eminence Mufti to express the legal opinion on the execution of the accused by hanging, in Case No. 10110 of the year, 2023 Tanta Center Felonies, registered with No. 1018 of 2023 in West Tanta.
The court had adjourned the case to today’s session to assign a lawyer to defend the accused, and issued its advanced ruling.
The Public Prosecution had referred the accused to criminal trial for accusing him of intentionally killing his wife with premeditation and foresight by having the intention to kill her 48 hours following their wedding ceremony.
