Al-Marsad newspaper: documented a video clip of the torrent sweeping a car in Wadi Jizan following heavy rain.
The video circulating on social networking sites showed the car repeatedly flipping from the force of the water rush.
Tweeters indicated that the people who were inside the car were not harmed, as they got out of it before the torrent swept it away.
In its report on the weather yesterday, the National Center of Meteorology expected that the opportunity is still ripe for thunderstorms accompanied by active dusty winds in the regions of Najran, Jazan, Asir, Al Baha, Makkah and Madinah, whose impact extends to the Tabuk region as well as the southern parts of the Eastern regions. (Desert of the Empty Quarter) and Riyadh (Wadi Al-Dawasir), and it is not excluded the appearance of thunder clouds over the Al-Jawf regions and the northern borders.
