In the first 90 days of 2022, 862 women were murdered in the country, only 234 cases (27%) were classified as femicide.
These are some stories of women victims of femicide violence, all young, the youngest was 6 years old. They were students, mothers, young people looking for work; in many cases the murderer was a man they knew, their families are waiting for justice to be done.
