The very first family photos of the new Walloon Cubs of the Hautes Fagnes

They are at least five. Trap cameras made it possible from July to confirm the birth of new wolf cubs in the Walloon pack. The shots captured by a photographer approved by the Walloon public service now make it possible to see three of them much more closely and to see that everyone seems to be in very good health!

Three cubs lying in the grass and even bickering. So only a part of the 5 estimated caught in the act, who take advantage of the fresh grass of a firebreak located right in the Permanent Presence Zone (ZPP) of the wolf in the Hautes Fagnes nature reserve. Pictures taken as part of the game surveillance carried out by the SPW on August 25th.
