In the west of France, near Nantes, the well-known Vray-Holstein herd of the Bichon family was auctioned last weekend.

Son Arnaud wants to continue the family business alone with a smaller herd of dairy cattle, which was founded in 1983 and caused a sensation with the two exceptional full sisters Galys-Vray and Hanna-Vray.

According to the Genetics Sale, the average price for 123 lots (incl. embryos) was 3546 euros. The buyers came from eight countries, including Switzerland. The top price of 15,500 euros was paid for the 1.5-year-old Nohl Apple, one of the last direct daughters out of KHW Regiment Apple EX 96.
