Today, Sunday followingnoon, the electoral conference of the Executive Office of the Iraqi Weightlifting Federation was held at the Mansour Melia Hotel in the capital, Baghdad, under Olympic and ministerial supervision.

The correspondent of the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated that “the General Assembly renewed its confidence in the President of the Union, Mr. Muhammad Kazem Mizel, as president of a new four-year electoral cycle, and he won the position of first deputy, Saleh Muhammad Kazem, and the position of second deputy, Ismail Mouloud Salih.
He added, “Mohamed Abdel Moneim, Bilal Adnan Abdel Rahman, Hassanein Mezher, Dr. Abbas Idris Nour, and Dr. Nihal Sabah Zboun, the feminist, won membership in the Federation’s Board of Directors.”
The conference was attended by Dr. Riyad Khammas, Director of the Legal Department of the Olympic Committee, Ali Al-Badri, and his assistant, Laith Khader, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Ahmed Sharad and Iyad Saghi.
