The whys of my grandchildren by Sophie Gallet (book)

With the aging of populations, more and more books deal with themes related to age and aging. Sexuality, health, sport, well-being, human relations, intergeneration, etc. All subjects are covered in novels, essays, comics, etc.

The latest is this book, which comes out this month, offered by First editions by Sophie Gallet, mother of two children and founder of an intergenerational website called Grand Mercredi. With the collaboration of designer Claire Tabarly.

In all, nearly 150 questions of general knowledge: of the universe or of the living… Tell grandma, why the sky is blue, why was the king’s heir called the “dolphin”, why the crab walks side, why the onion makes you cry… Questions of society, more philosophical questions, questions regarding emotions, regarding the family environment, unclassifiable questions!

A book for grandparents and not only! A book to help them start conversations with their curious grandchildren in order to feed their thoughts and help them grow up with a free spirit.
