Since March 2017, Anna De Sa Ferreira has returned to her position as administrative and logistics manager of La Maison du convertible. She is what is called a “boomerang” employee. After 19 years in this French brand, in February 2016, this fifty-something had decided to go see if the grass was greener elsewhere. “The day following I left, I knew I was making a mistake.
