The artist, Somaya al-Khashab, revealed that the idea of marriage at the present time does not occupy her mind and that she currently has other interests and priorities more important than the step of marriage.
The artist said, in press statements, revealing the reasons for not marrying, frankly, “I have no problems with marriage, but I am currently in a special and different stage, and I need to focus more and more with Sumaya the artist.”
She added that because “it has projects and plans that it wants to translate and express on the ground, so I decided not to think regarding this project, at least for now.”
The artist also boldly indicated that marriage: “It hinders me from what I seek, especially since marriage and engagement in general are projects that occupy the majority of the time, which may hinder the individual from other matters and projects.”
