“They brought me to death” .. Urgent action from the Ministry of Interior in the incident of “Fatta Distress”

A security force moved from the Dikirnis Police Station Investigation Unit in the Dakahlia Security Directorate to the home of the girl “R. A”, who interacted with thousands of people on the social networking site “Facebook” with her distress from being subjected to domestic violence and detained inside her home in the village of Damoh, affiliated to the Dikirnis Center.

Major General Marwan Habib, Director of Dakahlia Security, received a notification from Major General Mohamed Abdel Hadi, Director of Criminal Investigation, that the Technical Assistance and Follow-up Department at the Criminal Investigation Department monitored a number of circulating publications and called for help to a girl, accusing members of her family of detaining her and subjecting her to physical abuse.

Thousands interacted with the girl’s distress, while hundreds of Facebook pioneers circulated it, at dawn today, Friday.

In one of the calls for help, accompanied by a picture of her face, showing some injuries and wounds, the girl wrote: “Oh people, I am subjected to domestic violence from my family. Al-Rahman Mosque.

This was followed by a post a few minutes later, in which she wrote: “Someone who comes home will follow me to death,” and then I published: “Someone who comes to get me out of here will lead me to death.”
