They capture two subjects in a case of attempted crime and femicide
Authorities report the capture of two people in Sacatepéquez and Escuintla.

Agents of the National Civil Police (PNC) in Sacatepéquez mobilized to sell alcoholic beverages in Santa María Cauque, Santiago Sacatepéquez, where they captured 23-year-old Leonel “N.”
The detainee is an alleged member of the 18th gang and the person allegedly responsible for the shooting death of a 30-year-old man.
When Leonel “N” was seized and neutralized, the agents seized a pistol with a frosted registration.
To avoid being captured, the suspect tried to flee and suffered several falls that caused injuries to his knees, then he was taken under police custody to a hospital.
In another case, investigators detained Cristian “N”, 25 years old, in the Pinula village, Tiquisate, Escuintla.
A local court requires it for being accused of the crime of attempted femicide, according to an order of March 11, 2024.
According to investigations, on March 3, this individual physically attacked his partner, causing very serious injuries to different parts of his body.
