In San Francisco, 115 “Solidarity Credits” were awarded, better known as Cresol, which benefited students pursuing university or higher education at institutions in the eastern city of Córdoba.

The program has been implemented for 13 years and aims to support the continuity of education and training of young people and adults, graduates of secondary level, and who want to begin their higher studies.

These are credits whose sum must not be returned in monetary form and in this case meant the disbursement of 5 and a half million pesos. This was the second installment of the program to which only those who remained actively enrolled during the year have access, although dropout rates are very low.

In this context, Mayor Damián Bernarte expressed: “What makes us happiest is knowing that, out of the initial total, the vast majority of students have continued their studies, marking a very low level of dropout.”
