After almost an hour of cut due to the presence of abundant smoke at kilometer 23 of the Rosario-Victoria bridge, around 8:25 p.m. they enabled traffic on the road layout.
Circulation had been interrupted by personnel from the National Gendarmerie, who, minutes before 8:00 p.m., resolved a preventive traffic cut-off in the road connection for security reasons.
After 7:30 p.m., personnel from the Victoria Gendarmerie Departmental Headquarters had made the decision to interrupt traffic on the road link for “security reasons,” according to a report that added: “It will be communicated when traffic is enabled once more.” which finally happened following 20.25.
The traffic from Rosario to the city of Entre Ríos was totally interrupted for almost an hour until, at 8:25 p.m., it was re-enabled despite the presence of incessant smoke on the trace. From Victoria they only allowed the passage in groups of ten vehicles tonight and with the recommendation to drive with caution.
This Tuesday the wind is expected to change so the smoke might be felt much more intensely than it was this long weekend in the Rosario area and its surroundings.
The users who passed through the bridge once once more showed their indignation and reflected on the networks the state of the fires on the side of the route, very close to the trace where the vehicles pass.
