The arrest took place in San Félix, following fleeing following committing the crime in the Villa Bahía sector of Puerto Ordaz.
Officials of the Directorate Against Organized Crime of the Bolivarian National Police arrested a subject nicknamed “Felito”, for allegedly abusing a minor under 13 years of age.
FA Rendón Carvajal, is the identity of alias “Felito” and who would be the victim’s sister’s partner, police sources indicated. He is 28 years old.
According to reports, the subject lived with his partner and the victim in the Villa Bahía sector of Puerto Ordaz. Place where he, taking advantage of the trust, consummated the act, to later flee to the San Félix area.
It was in the community of San José de Cacahual, on March 25, that they located him. However, during the procedure, the investigated fled, but was captured hours later near the La Victoria sector, following boarding a public transport unit.
About him, police sources mentioned that -in addition- he would be the leader of a criminal group known as “los Cortos”.
