The Police and Justice are investigating the death of a 46-year-old woman who in the early hours of Thursday morning was taken by her husband to the hospital in the city of Unquillo, in Sierras Chicas, and died as a result of various injuries she suffered.

Police sources indicated that the woman was transferred by her 40-year-old husband following 2 in the morning, from 3 de Febrero to 300 Street, in the Residencial neighborhood of Unquillo, to the José Miguel Urrutia Hospital.

Doctors confirmed that the woman had injuries and later died at the scene.

This Thursday, expert reports were carried out and testimony was taken from the woman’s partner, to try to establish the circumstances in which she was injured.
