They recapture a prisoner accused of murder who escaped from Zacapa prison

The National Civil Police (PNC) reported on the night of Monday, April 15, that they recaptured an inmate who had escaped from the Zacapa prison.
Agents from Police Station 53 made the arrest inside a liquor sale in zone 2 of Sanarate, El Progreso.
The captured person was identified as Adolfo “N”, 50 years old, who is accused of the crime of murder.
The PNC added that when they carried out an operation they established that an arrest warrant appeared on the captured person, according to the criminal process dated April 14, 1999.
According to the arrest warrant, the detainee was declared in absentia within the criminal proceedings conducted by a court, given that he escaped from the Zacapa prison.

Adolfo “N” was placed at the disposal of the local Peace Court to resolve his legal situation.
