A commission from the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) recovered 200 kilograms of strategic material in the Francisca Duarte sector of San Félix, Caroní municipality.
According to the information published by the institution, what was recovered were high-voltage cables located in a lonely area adjacent to the Antonio José de Sucre Hydroelectric Power Plant (Macagua).
The collected evidence was transferred to the GNB headquarters in Puerto Ordaz.
The procedure remained at the disposal of the Public Ministry.
