They seek to reactivate the project of a Nuclear Medicine Center for Salta – Salta

The announcement was made by the Provincial Government in the previous administration, however, this Monday the first step to complete the construction of the building was published in the Official Gazette.

In June 2019, the then Lieutenant Governor Miguel Isa and Minister of Public Health Roque Mascarello announced the project to create in Salta and High Complexity Nuclear Medicine Center.

In that announcement it was explained that it is a modern building equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for the diagnosis and treatment of oncological, cardiological and neurological diseases.

In it Official bulletin this Monday, the approval of the abbreviated contract was published for “The contracting of services to carry out a market study for the creation of a High Complexity Nuclear Medicine Center in the city of Salta”.

The awarded company is “Integrate Business Solutions” and the estimated amount is $5.179.142. According to the project, the institute will have highly complex medical technology and will include a radiotherapy center, high-dose brachytherapy, linear accelerator, positron emission computed tomography, and high-field resonance.
