Everything happened at the Dgcim headquarters in Apure, where J. Pantoja was detained for an alleged case of corruption and was found dead inside a bucket of water in the bathroom.

The autopsy determined that he died of mechanical suffocation due to submersion, in addition to bruises in different parts of the body, as well as fractures.

William Saab indicated that the criminalistics unit of the Public Ministry and the Human Rights prosecutors carried out all the expertise by order of the second control court of Apure.

It had already been announced that Figueroa and Flores were detained, since they were the personnel in charge of guarding Pantoja.
