Thiruvananthapuram Government Strike: UDF Service Organizations Protest Denial of State Employee Benefits

Thiruvananthapuram – The government has announced a strike ahead of tomorrow’s strike led by UDF service organizations to protest once morest the denial of benefits to state government employees and teachers.

Tomorrow’s salary will be deducted from the salary of February for those who apply for Diaznon. Temporary employees who are absent without permission on the day of strike will be removed from service. No leave shall be granted except in cases of emergency.

The order also stated that employees who engage in violent activities or destroy public property will be prosecuted. Chavara Jayakumar, Chairman of the Samara Samiti, said that 6 installments of shortage allowance are due in the state.
