London – “Al-Quds Al-Arabi”: Moroccan artist Donia Batma expressed her support for her compatriot Saad Lamjarred in his ordeal, following a French court sentenced him to 6 years in prison.
Batma said in a post on her official account on “Instagram”: “I don’t know what to say, O God, O God, my brother Saad, be patient with you, and be patient with your parents and all your lovers.”
And she added: “We are always with you, and your audience is always with you and waiting for you.
The 37-year-old singer was accused of raping a French woman in a hotel on the Champs-Elysees Avenue in October 2016, while he was under the influence of alcohol and cocaine.
