PARIS, April 19 (Archyde.com) – The stocks to follow on Wednesday on the Paris Stock Exchange and in Europe:

* OVHCLOUD OVH.PA on Wednesday lowered its revenue growth forecast for the full year, citing an unfavorable macroeconomic environment and delays in some projects.

* WORLDLINE WLN.PA and CREDIT AGRICOLE CAGR.PA announced on Wednesday that they had entered into exclusive negotiations to create a major player in payment services in France for merchants.

* ASML ASML.AS, a leading supplier to computer chipmakers, on Wednesday reported quarterly profit of 1.96 billion euros on revenue of 6.74 billion euros, results at above expectations.

* HEINEKEN HEIN.AS reported a sharper-than-expected decline in first-quarter beer sales due in part to weak demand in Nigeria and Vietnam. The brewer, however, maintained its profit growth forecast for this year.

* GLENCORE GLEN.L said on Wednesday it was considering improving its $22.5 billion takeover bid for Teck Resources TECKb.TO.

* ALLIANZ ALVG.DE wants to sell around 5% of its stake in German online bank N26 for three billion dollars, which represents a steep discount, the Financial Times reported on Wednesday.

* DEUTSCHE BANK DBKGn.DE – The German bank announced on Tuesday that Karl von Rohr would no longer be its chairman when his current term expires, scheduled for the end of October.

* BANCO BPM BAMI.MI – The Italian bank announced on Tuesday that it wanted to partner with a leading player in the market to strengthen its digital payments business.

* CREDIT SUISSE CSGN.S – A US Senate committee accused the Swiss bank on Tuesday of obstructing an internal investigation into accounts linked to Nazi clients following World War II.

* JUST EAT TAKEAWAY.COM TKWY.AS on Wednesday raised its adjusted operating profit forecast for this year to 275 million euros.

* ALSTOM ALSO.PA announced on Wednesday that it will supply the new Strasbourg Eurometropolis trams under an 8-year agreement for a maximum amount of 250 million euros.

* AB SCIENCE ABS.PA announced on Tuesday that it has obtained a patent on masitinib in Japan for the treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, which strengthens its intellectual property until 2037.

* GAZTRANSPORT ET TECHNIGAZ (GTT) GTT.PA has announced that it has received an initial order from China Merchants Heavy Industry-Jiangsu for the design of the tanks of four new LNG carriers.
