(Updated with defence, energy, futures) PARIS, June 26 (Archyde.com) – Top stocks to watch on Monday on Wall Street, where futures on major indices suggest an open down 0 .06% for the Dow Jones .DJI , 0.13% for the Standard & Poor’s 500 .SPX and 0.21% for the Nasdaq .IXIC: * IBM IBM.N is reportedly close to an agreement for the takeover at $5 billion from the Apptio group, which notably offers dematerialized computing services (cloud) and business management software, according to the Wall Street Journal. * FORD FN – US auto safety officials said on Saturday they were investigating Ford’s recall of 710,000 SUVs between 2020 and 2022 to determine whether the measures put in place by the group were adequate. * SOLARWINDS SWI.N said on Friday that some of its executives had received a Wells notice from the SEC, the US stock market regulator, following massive data leaks in 2020 linked to a default by the software provider . The SEC issues Wells notices to companies when it considers taking enforcement action once morest them. * The DEFENSE sector fell ahead of the session, with caution dominating the markets following the Wagner Group mutiny on Saturday. RAYTHEON TECHNOLOGIES RTX.N and LOCKHEED MARTIN LMT.N lost around 1% ahead of the stock market. * The ENERGY sector is eroding on the forefront, with oil progressing less than expected. CHEVRON CVX.N and EXXON MOBIL XOM.N lost just under 1%, while the rest of the sector fell 1.4% to 2.6%, among the worst performers on the S&P 500 .SPX . * ALPHABET GOOGL.O – UBS lowers its recommendation to “neutral” once morest “buy”, the group’s share price loses 1.6% ahead of the stock market. * TESLA TSLA.O – Goldman Sachs lowers its recommendation to “buy” to “neutral”, the action of the group loses 2.2% in pre-market. * MODERNA MRNA.O – UBS moves to “buy” following a “neutral” recommendation, the group’s action gains 3.3% in pre-session trading.
