Toronto Librarian Arrested for Alleged Sexual Relationship with Student

Toronto police have arrested a 67-year-old former librarian and volleyball coach in connection with an alleged sexual relationship with a young student at a local elementary school. Dion Rugosi of Toronto surrendered to authorities on Friday.

The alleged incidents occurred between January 2018 and June 2019 while Rugosi was employed at St. Clare Catholic School, located on Northcliffe Boulevard near st. Clair Avenue West.
