Big fall from the first kilometers of the Tour de France Women this Sunday. While the peloton had just set off a few minutes earlier for the first stage of this 2023 edition which takes place in Clermont-Ferrand, Mireia Benito (Soudal-Quick Step) suffered a heavy fall.

The Spanish rider, who was in the peloton, went off the road and ended her race in a ditch. She remained motionless on the ground and was treated directly and was forced to abandon in stride.
