Tourism in France: the impact of the attacks should be limited for All Saints’ Day

Many tourism operators predicted excellent All Saints’ Day holidays. Can recent tragedies – assassination of a teacher in Arras, attack in Brussels – darken the picture? According to the Ministry of the Economy, forecasts for international air arrivals are good for October and November. Compared to the same period last year, they recorded an increase in European customers, notably Spanish (+ 20%) and British (+ 18%), as well as distant customers, Canadian (+ 29%) and Japanese (+ 14%), among others.
