Darmaji also claimed to be offered by the RT head in his home environment to open stalls in the land. Then he claimed to pay monthly rent to get access to selling there.
“I was offered a stall here,” Darmaji said when asked by Victor on the sidelines of land control, Saturday (5/24/2025).
“Open the stall here? The permit is from? Mr. RT? Is there a fee?” Victor asked.
“Nothing, just rent a monthly,” Darmaji answered.
“Submit to whom his monthly rent?” Victor said.
“Transferred, sir,” continued Darmaji.
“His name?” Victor asked again.
“Mr. Yani,” Darmaji said.
“Who is Mr. Yani?,” Said Victor.
“The head of the grib,” Darmaji answered.
During the five Bulas open stalls, Darmaji claimed to routinely pay rent. The money was sent by bank transfer to the account of the South Tangerang City Grib Chairman Yani Tuanaya.
“(Rent money) Rp. 3.5 million,” Darmaji said
Since opening his shanties there, Darmaji did not get an explanation regarding the problem or who was the landowner. He only gave money rent for stalls for security to electricity costs.
“Yes, rent and electricity,” Darmaji said when asked whether Rp. 3.5 million was for security to electricity costs.
Furthermore, the sacrificial cow trader at the location of Ina Wahyuningsih was also invited to dialogue by Victor. He has 213 cows that are now placed on the land.
Ina claimed to have used the land since May 10. The cows he sold were imported directly from Bali.
When asked what Victor made him use the land to trade, Ina told me because she was confused looking for vacant land. Ina also claimed to recognize a Grib member and knew there was an empty land occupied by the mass organization.
“And I see that this land is empty, I ask them,” said Ina.
“Who?” Victor asked.
“Keke and Bang Jamal,” continued Ina.
“What is it?”
“Bang Jamal is the Secretary General from Grib, if the head of the branch of the branch from Grib. I ask, can we not use this land? Then I have to contact who? Then the Chairperson Keke said, ‘I called first, Mpok Chairman Yani.’ At that time I also did not know the chairman of Yani, “explained Ina.
“Finally, the call and we made an agreement, and Chairman Yani ACC, he said ‘It’s okay, sir, safe, sir.’ Who has it? ‘Safe, ma’am, this is our power’.
After being okay, both of them also negotiated for the use of the land. Ina admitted that usually the land rent was Rp. 10 million until the Lebaran Hajj day arrived.
“One land is to get to the end. But we always have coordination with RT, RW, Lurah, Babinsa, all of them need money. Finally, the Chairman of Yani proposed ‘what if you just include. I don’t know anything about RT-RW. deal It’s in the 22nd, “said Ina.
“(Money) 22 million with their language they want, all coordination about everything in it, including everything includes, I finally agreed. I said I was paid off after the cow came down,” he continued.
