A car crashed into the wall of a multi-story parking garage in Downtown El Paso, killing one person in the hospital Thursday night.
According to the Emergency Management Service (EMS), the car crashed into the parking lot wall of 1 San Jacinto Plaza on Franklin Avenue, exposing the front of the car on the second floor.
Debris from the accident damaged tram lines in the area, according to EMS, in events that occurred at 11:25 p.m.
