A 34-year-old Belgian woman was found dead on Sunday at a festival in Hungary, the daily Het Laatste Nieuws reported on Wednesday. The information was confirmed by the FPS Foreign Affairs.
The circumstances of the death are unclear. Police opened an investigation.
The body of the 30-year-old was found lifeless Sunday morning around 8:00 a.m. on the site of the Ozora festival, in the village of the same name southwest of the capital Budapest.

The event attracts around 50,000 people each year, many of them from abroad.
The police went to the scene following a report from other festival-goers. According to the Hungarian newspaper Tenyek, there is no indication of the involvement of third parties in the death.
