The lifeless body of Maël Numbi Ngoy was discovered this Monday in the Meuse, at the Monsin Island dam bridge in Liège. The 22-year-old young man disappeared during the night of November 18 to 19.
He was last seen at Place du Vingt-Août in Liège, following having drinks with a friend.
The information was confirmed by the federal police.
