Tree fell on vehicle in which Vice President Delcy Rodriguez was traveling in Cumanacoa

President Nicolás Maduro reported that the vice president Delcy Rodríguezand the mayor of the Montes municipality, Tomás Bello, were injured following a tree fell on them in Cumanacoa following the floods left by Hurricane Beryl in the state of Sucre.

«A tree fell on the vehicle in which the Vice President was traveling with other authorities“, said the president.

While traveling to the area suffering flooding from Hurricane Beryl, a tree fell on the vehicle in which the vice president and several authorities were traveling in Cumanacoa. They were rushed to Cumaná to receive medical attention.

In the followingnoon, Delcy Rodríguez went to the state with a commission of ministers, to immediately attend to the families affected by the rains.
