And sometimes they are both together, as in the case of a 65-year-old lawyer who has to answer before Judge Stefan Erdei for attempted resistance to state authority and serious bodily harm to police officers. She is said to have defied an official act in Vienna-Währing on December 13 and hit and kicked officials.
