WASHINGTON – A federal judge in Florida has dismissed a $475 million lawsuit filed by former US President Donald Trump once morest news broadcaster CNN for alleged defamation. The offending statements on CNN are “opinions, not false statements of fact,” Judge Raag Singhal justified his judgment on Friday evening (local time). They are therefore “not punishable”.
