Turkey detains 33 people suspected of spying for Israel Authorities are still searching for 13 others believed to be linked to Israel’s Mossad security service, according to reports.

The suspects were detained in raids conducted in Istanbul and seven other provinces.

“We will never allow espionage once morest the national unity and solidarity of our country,” Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya said on social media.

Nearly two weeks before the new year, Turkey detained nearly 500 people suspected of having links to the ISIL (ISIS) armed group in raids across the country.
