Three tons of red caviar worth regarding ten million rubles will be destroyed in Kamchatka. This was reported in the press service of the Russian FSB department for the Kamchatka Territory.

“The fact that two citizens were storing handicraft caviar with a total weight of 2,975 kilograms was revealed. The products are subject to destruction,” the RIA Novosti press service reports. They added that the market value of the products amounted to nine million 688 thousand rubles.

The Elizovsky District Court decided to impose a fine in the amount of 350 thousand rubles on each defendant. The products must be destroyed, as they pose a danger to the life and health of consumers, the press service concluded.
