UAE: UAE ship with many charitable products including food grain to bring relief to the people of Gaza. The ship departed from Fujairah and anchored in Al Arish, Egypt. A total of 4,016 tons of products are on board. This is also a part of the move to ensure more assistance to the residents of Gaza who are in distress following the war that has been going on for two and a half months.
420 tons of temporary housing facilities and 131 tons of medical aid were handed over by the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation. Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation also joined hands in this. The process is progressing to deliver the products to Gaza as soon as possible through the Rafah border.
Earlier, UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan ordered extensive charitable measures to comfort Gaza under the name of Gallant Night Three. As a part of this, UAE is implementing many projects including drinking water distribution in Gaza. This month alone, almost eight thousand tons of charity products were delivered to Gaza by the UAE initiative.
