UAE Fest 2023: Celebrating UAE’s 52nd National Day with Inter-School Competitions and Cultural Events

DUBAI: Model Services Society (MSS) will organize UAE Fest 2023 in conjunction with UAE’s 52nd National Day in which contestants from 52 schools across the emirates will participate. Officials said that the event will be held on December 3 from 10 am to 8 pm at Gulf Model School, Muhaisina, Dubai.

Students from KG 1 to +2 will participate in the competition. There will be an inter-school quiz competition and science exhibition with the participation of students from classes VIII to 12. Besides, women’s category will also conduct henna and cookery competitions. Contestants who win the preliminary round in the inter-school quiz program will participate in the live program in the final round. 1300 contestants this year

Competitions will be held in coloring, pencil drawing, speech competition, Quran recitation, mono act, national anthem and story telling. A prize worth Dh10,000 will be awarded to the school with the most points as an overall trophy and gold coins to the quiz winners. The closing ceremony will be attended by cultural figures and senior officials from Dubai Police, Dubai Municipality and Dubai Health Authority.

MSS Chairman Abdul Aziz, General Secretary Shajil Shaukat, Program Secretary Naseer Abu Bakar, Program Convener Sitin Naser, Finance Convener Fayaz Ahmad and Prem were present in the press conference.
