The Ministry of Human Resources and Indigenization has announced that government employees will have a holiday on Monday, December 4, in conjunction with the UAE National Day. As the national day, December 2, was a Saturday, Monday was also given as a holiday. With this, the government employees will get three consecutive days off. Offices will be open as usual from Tuesday. At the same time, the Ministry of Human Resources has also stated that on Friday, December 1, government employees will be able to sit and work at home.
Earlier, the ministry had announced a public holiday with pay for two and three days of December for private sector employees.
