Current managing director of Credit Suisse, Ulrich Körner, will join the management board of UBS. The number one Swiss bank intends to finalize ‘in the coming weeks’ the merger between the two large establishments.
Another change is expected at UBS’s management: Todd Tuckner, currently chief financial officer of the wealth management division, will now take over this function at the group level, succeeding Sarah Youngwood, according to a press release published on Tuesday.
Pending the final integration of the first two Swiss banks, they will continue to operate independently.
