The opening matches of the main stage of the UEFA Europa League have ended.
As reported by Ukrinform, the players of Kyiv “Dynamo” had an unsuccessful start to the performance, having lost the day before to the Italian “Lazio” (0:3).

The next match of Kyiv will be held on October 3 away against Hoffenheim.
In the main draw of the Europa League, Dynamo will also play against Roma (October 24), Ferencvaros (November 7), Viktoria (November 28), Real Sociedad (December 12), Galatasaray (January 21 ) and Russian Academy of Sciences (January 30).

In total, 36 teams compete in the tournament. The eight best clubs in the league will automatically enter the playoffs, and the teams ranked from ninth to 24th will fight for tickets to the 1/8 finals in two matches. Teams that finish in positions from 25th to 36th will cease to compete in the European Cups.
