Riyadh: The Sari Super Cup football semi-final matches organized by United FC Riyadh will be held at Riyadh ISKCON ground on Friday. Rainbow Sulai FC, Azizia Soccer Blasters, IFF FC and Lantern FC qualified for the semi-finals from the first day’s matches.
Zari Head of Growth Manager Asad Alisha inaugurated the tournament in collaboration with Riyadh Indian Football Association. Zari Performance Manager Shafiq Valakundil and Tournament Committee Chairman Babu Mancheri attended the event.
Ali Kolathikal, Mustafa Kawwai, Saifu Karulai, Naushad Chakala, Kutty Vallapuzha, Henry Thomas, Janis Bafana, Fahid Neelanchery, Nabeel Pazhoor, Sharif Kalikav, Karim Payyanad, Mansoor Thiroor, Shakeel Thiroorkad, Cheriappu and Nawaz Kannur introduced the players.
Man of the match awards went to Vishnu (Rainbow), Suhail (Blasters), Abdurrahman (IFF), Fesbil (Lantern) with Abdu Karuwara, Mushtaq, Shauliq, Majeed Buxar, Sarat, Shabbir, Hakeem, Azhar, Umar, Bawa. Presented by Irumbuzhi and Sahir. The matches were refereed by the Saudi B Division Refereeing Panel assisted by Naushad Kottakal and Jafar Cherukara. Faisal Pazhoor and Prajeesh Valail managed the technical wing of the tournament. Ashraf, Askar Akai, Sawad Vallapuzha, Mansoor Pookulathur, Mushtaq, Zafar, Shabib and Yahya led the way.
