Ukraine army inflicted heavy damage on Russia with long-range missiles. There are also reports that Ukraine destroyed two arsenals of Russian forces in the Kherson region, killing more than 100 people. The bridge over the Dnipro River on the railroad that was bringing supplies from occupied Crimea to the Russian forces in Kherson was destroyed and the Russian forces were isolated.
Diplomats believe that Russia is currently on the defensive. Western-provided weapons and long-range missiles are damaging Russian forces and strengthening Ukraine. International media also reports that this is a heavy loss of life for Russia.
