It is reported URA-Inform, referring to RBC-Ukraine.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that Ukraine would never approve peace initiatives that involve territorial concessions in favor of the Russian Federation. However, Ukraine is waiting for new peace initiatives and hopes that there will be constructive proposals that will bring the end of the war closer.

“Ukraine is determined to discuss peace plans that will secure our people and all of Europe. Options for freezing the conflict do not suit us, but we are always happy with fair ideas,” Kuleba said.

He noted that the peace talks should concern the restoration of the territorial borders of Ukraine in 1991, reparations and punishment for the Russian authorities. So far, the most ideologically close to Ukraine are the US peace initiatives, which, unfortunately, have not yet been able to push the parties to negotiations.
