Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Ukraine is still fighting. He was addressing a joint session of the US Congress on Wednesday.
He said that he will not surrender to anything and will survive everything. The Ukrainian people have no fear, he said, and Ukraine won the first phase of the Russian occupation.
At the same time, he thanked America for its support. But Biden assured that Ukraine will never be alone, saying that the American people are always with Ukraine.
