New York – UN Secretary-General António Guterres has warned of the dangers of artificial intelligence (AI) and advocated the establishment of a regulatory authority. “The alarm bells surrounding the latest form of artificial intelligence are deafening,” Guterres said at a news conference in New York on Monday.
