UN Secretary General António Guterres’ “last offer” on the grain deal was a promise to fulfill Russian demands within its framework. This was stated by the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov in response to a question from URA.RU regarding what proposal the UN made.
“Indeed, in the letter of Mr. Guterres, a certain plan of action and promises were set out that one day it would be possible to fulfill the Russian part of the agreements,” Dmitry Peskov said during a conversation with reporters. He recalled that at the moment it is impossible to return to the grain trail.
